These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a binding legal agreement between the entity operating the ba999h platform and each individual ("User" or "Member") who uses this website. This agreement applies to the ba999h.lat website and all related services.

Each person may operate only one account. Creating multiple accounts by the same person is prohibited. If multiple accounts are found operating from the same device, IP address or payment method, all accounts may be closed.

2.3 Accuracy of Registration Information

All information provided at the time of account registration must be completely truthful, accurate and up to date. Providing false or misleading information may result in account termination and forfeiture of deposited funds.

Account Verification

ba999h may request account verification at any time in the interest of security and fraud prevention. Members must submit the required documents in a timely manner.

Recent selfie (holding the document)
Proof of address document (utility bill or bank statement, issued within the last 3 months)

3.2 Payment Verification

Before withdrawal, you may be required to prove ownership of the payment method used. For bKash, Nagad or Rocket accounts, the associated mobile number must match the number registered on the account.

Please Note: Withdrawals may be put on hold until verification is complete. You are requested to submit clear and legible documents for faster processing.

Deposit and Withdrawal Policy

4.1 Deposit Rules

The approved methods for depositing funds on ba999h are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket and bank transfer. The minimum deposit amount is ৳100 (one hundred taka). All transactions are secured through SSL encryption.

4.2 Withdrawal Rules

Bonuses and Promotional Offers

5.1 Welcome Bonus

Members will receive a 120% welcome bonus on their first deposit at ba999h, up to a maximum of ৳5,000. A minimum deposit of ৳100 is required to receive this bonus.

Example: If you deposit ৳1,000, you will receive a ৳1,200 bonus and your total balance will be ৳2,200. If you deposit ৳10,000, you will receive the maximum bonus of ৳5,000 and your total will be ৳15,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 10 times (10x). This means winnings from the bonus become withdrawable after placing bets totalling 10 times the bonus amount.

Each bonus offer has its own expiry period — the bonus is cancelled once it expires
ba999h reserves the right to cancel any bonus if bonus abuse is suspected
Each member will receive only one bonus per promotion

5.3 VIP Cashback

The weekly cashback benefits for ba999h's three VIP tiers are as follows:

Bronze — Up to 0.3% weekly cashback
Silver — Up to 0.7% weekly cashback
Gold — Up to 1.0% weekly cashback

VIP tier upgrades are determined based on a member's activity and participation. Cashback is automatically added to the account.

Section 6

Betting and Gaming Rules

6.1 General Betting Rules

All betting activities on ba999h are governed by these terms and conditions and the specific rules of each game or event. Users are advised to read the relevant rules before participating in each game.

6.2 Betting Limits

Minimum and maximum bet amounts are set for each game and sports event and are displayed in each game interface. Bets outside these limits cannot be placed.

6.3 Technical Errors

If a technical error in a game or system produces an abnormal result, ba999h reserves the right to void the relevant bet or winnings. In such cases, the original bet amount will be returned to the member's account.

6.4 Sports Betting

Betting on cricket (including BPL, IPL and T20 World Cup) and other sporting events is governed by the applicable rules. If a match is abandoned or cancelled, the bet amount is generally refunded, though the specific rules of each event apply.

Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the ba999h platform. Violation of these prohibitions may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of all funds.

Money laundering or transactions involving illegal funds
Managing multiple accounts or misusing bonuses
Using another person's account or payment method
Playing games through automated software, bots, or scripts
Attempting to hack or gain unauthorized access to the platform's systems
Providing false information or engaging in fraudulent activities
Hedging bets or coordinating with other platforms to claim bonuses
Assisting minors in opening accounts

Warning: ba999h reserves the right to notify legal authorities if anyone is found to be involved in any of the activities listed above.

Account Suspension & Closure

8.1 Suspension by ba999h

ba999h may suspend or close any account for the following reasons:

Evidence or suspicion of a terms violation
Failure to submit verification documents or submission of false documents
Account inactive for an extended period (more than 365 days)
Self-exclusion request by the member

8.2 Account Closure by the Member

Any member may request to close their account by contacting us via live chat or email. Once the request is received, any real money balance remaining in the account (upon completion of verification) will be returned to the member's payment method.
